Commercial Platform ( nCino ) Administrator

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION This position will administer the Bank's Salesforce.com-based platform system (nCino), to include ongoing servicing, registering users, reporting, report generation and design, testing and installing upgrades and other responsibilitiesassociated with administration of a platform system. The incumbent will also become familiar with the Bank's Fiserv core system and its related report writing program. As a member of the credit team, the incumbent will need to understand the departmental work flow and processes as a critical component of optimizing the nCino solution, and will also assist with ongoing commercial department projects and needs, as required. A candidate trained in Saleforce.com and interested in expanding his/her knowledge base to commercial banking would be an ideal candidate for this position. This position will report directly to the EVP and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and administer the Bank's nCino platform system Provide project leadership and guidance for nCino-related projects and requirements, including upgrades and new releases Create workflows to streamline and enhance the use of the nCino system to improve departmental efficiency and reduce cost Provide additional reporting and system expertise with Fiserv and its report writing capabilities Resolve data integrity and mapping issues between nCino and the Bank's core system Provide other departmental contributions based on the candidate's interests and background Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess a college degree and 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk/hear (e.g., communicate or express oneself while exchanging information). This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files at least 25 pounds, open filing cabinets, bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
