FEAMALE ADOLESCENT STARR PROGRAM
Child and Family Services, female adolescent STARR program located in Arlington is seeking an experienced clinical director.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that respond to the needs and diversity of the youth and family. Prepare clinical formulations in order to guide goal development.
Commit to the principles of Wraparound and practice within a Family Driven and Youth Guided framework that embraces Family Voice and Choice.
Become trained in The Building Bridges, Trauma Informed Care and ARC (Attachment,Self Regulation and Competency) and use these models within all aspects of the work.
Lead in the development of a strengths-based treatment plan and safety plan.
Collaborate with the family to provide in-home treatment and implementation of effective systems including daily routines, behavior management and safety plans.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10a-6p
Pay rate: 50,000 annually
Requirements
Masters level degree in the Healing Arts with at least 5 years experience working with similar populations providing community based social and mental health services. Independently licensed practitioner (LICSW/LMHC) with training in trauma informed treatment preferred. Ability to establish a positive rapport with a culturally and economically diverse group of families and to deliver services within the established framework and clinical model. Ability to work in strength's based manner with families, funders, licensing source and community resources for youth in the program.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
