CNC Trainer and Technical Documentation Leader
The Training and Documentation Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical training materials and documentation.
They will collaborate with engineers, programmers, and project managers to gather information and ensure that technical and procedural documents are accurate, clear, and user-friendly.
Additionally, the Training and Documentation Leader will conduct advanced training courses for both internal staff and external customers.

Responsibilities:
Write and edit technical documents, including reference manuals and product manuals.
Develop and edit procedural documentation, such as user guides and manuals.
Determine the most effective format for publication based on project requirements.
Meet with relevant stakeholders to gain an understanding of specific products or processes.
Conduct extensive research on machines to ensure comprehensive understanding.
Assess the needs of the intended audience and adjust the tone and technical terminology accordingly.
Create or collaborate with sales and marketing to develop visual aids, diagrams, and charts to enhance the understanding of products or processes.
Solicit feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers to continuously improve technical documents.
Facilitate advanced training courses for internal employees and external customers.
Travel Requirement:
up to 30% Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Minimum of ten years of relevant experience.
Prior application of the appropriate education, experience, and licensing to the JTEKT Machinery/Toyoda product line is preferred.
