Part time Office staff position for wonderful Chiropractic Clinic!

Hours will be 24-28 hours a week.
) Some 9am to 4pm shifts and a few days from about 3pm to til 7:
30pm.
Being able to work 1-2 Saturdays a month from 8am -1:
30pm is a must (We have other awesome staff that do some Saturdays and we definitely like to rotate for a great work life balance for everyone!) We are proud to offer a pleasant working environment where we will take time to well train a great candidate for our office.
Qualified candidate will be pleasant with very strong people and customer service skills.
Strong verbal communication ability and a positive attitude are a must.
We are looking for a high energy, hardworking and well organized person.
Experience with office work in a medical facility or employment in a service industry such as a restaurant setting (multi-tasking) would be necessary.
An interest in Chiropractic care and health and wellness is also a strong plus.
Starting hourly wage dependent upon experience.
There will be frequent reviews and pay increases with increasing experience and success with the practice.
Even though it is part time we are always looking for people to stay long term and compensate very well with time and experience.
Job Duties Include:
Meet and greet patients Answer incoming calls Book and confirm appointments and call backs on missed appointments Collect and log co-payments Process Clinical Correspondence Enter new patients and work with medical practice software Other duties as assigned.
