At American Alarm our only mission is to protect people, their homes, and businesses, with electronic security systems and 24-7 alarm monitoring.

Today we are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Director based at our company headquarters in Arlington, Massachusetts.
In this role, you will provides HR services for our team of 300 employees at seven branch locations across New England.
The details:
You will supervise HR-Payroll personnel, deal with employee issues, and support employee career path development and training.
You will implement HR strategies that support business objectives, forecast staffing needs, and mitigate risk.
You will have a broad portfolio dealing with benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs while promoting the organizations values.
What you need to apply:
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of HR/Payroll experience with increasing responsibility.
More than half of our employees work on the road, so candidates with specific experience dealing with field employee HR matters are preferred.
You will have a proven track record of taking initiative and handling numerous priorities at once and must have a strong understanding of accounting principles.
A bachelor's degree in a business field and high proficiency with Microsoft Office products are required.
Compensation :
Highly competitive salary, based on experience, plus company profit sharing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
