The Finance Administrator is responsible for facilitating and preparing accurate documentation related to all aspects of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
Communicate with customers professionally, courteously and promptly.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with several banks.
Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, insurance, etc.
Verify insurance with customer's agents, obtain deposits, and verify trade payoffs.
Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
