Qualifications:

Fluence in English.
(Portuguese and Spanish are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Driver's license and having your own car are required.
Responsibilities:
Answer the phone calls, schedule appointments; Handling customer complaints and requests to the full satisfaction of the customer.
Maintain accurate records and follow guidelines for submitting documentation to the accounting department.
Communicate needs and problems to the manager.
Other duties as assigned by management.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
